Position Summary:
As the Creative Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the creative process from concept to execution. You will lead our team of designers, and content creators to ensure that our projects align with the company’s vision and objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and a passion for creating inspiring content across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the creative team, including designers, and content developers.
- Oversee the development and execution of creative concepts for branding, digital marketing campaigns, and client projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales, and operations to ensure seamless integration of creative assets into various campaigns.
- Ensure all creative content is aligned with the company’s brand guidelines and business objectives.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Stay updated on industry trends, digital marketing strategies, and emerging technologies to keep the creative work innovative and forward-thinking.
- Provide constructive feedback to team members to refine their work and drive professional growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a creative role, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial position.
- Proven ability to lead a team and manage multiple creative projects.
- Experience in GCC Market.
- Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, and multimedia production.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative work across various mediums.
Job Details:
- Full-time job, 9 working hours with 1 hour break.
- Two days-off (Friday and Saturday).
- Private medical insurance after probation period.
