Partnership Manager – Hybrid

F360 is a digital service provider that offers digital projects for companies at a subscription-based model and with fixed payment plans that are tailored to each business’s needs. The team had a vision of expanding their services to other countries, so they started on-boarding digital marketing experts, creative designers, innovative developers, and project managers worldwide, so the clients will always find someone who speaks their language.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Partnership Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships to drive business growth. If you are a proactive relationship builder with experience in the eCommerce sector, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, negotiate, and establish strategic partnerships with brands, suppliers, and other stakeholders that align with the company’s objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to expand partnership opportunities that drive traffic, sales, and overall business growth.
  • Manage and nurture existing partnerships, ensuring their long-term success and mutual profitability.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams such as marketing, sales, and operations to ensure that partnership deals are executed effectively.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new partnership opportunities.
  • Prepare partnership agreements, manage contracts, and ensure compliance with terms.
  • Analyze partnership performance and provide regular reporting to stakeholders, recommending areas for improvement.
  • Represent our company at industry events, meetings, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and network with potential partners.

Qualifications:

  • Proven 5+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a similar role within the eCommerce or digital marketing industry.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.

Job Details:

  • Full-time job, 9 working hours with 1 hour break.
  • Two days-off (Friday and Saturday).
  • Private medical insurance.
