Job Summary :
We are looking for an Accounting Manager to supervise, track and evaluate day-to-day activities. Accounting Manager responsibilities include establishing financial status by developing and implementing systems for collecting, Analyzing, verifying, and reporting information.
Provide accurate, timely, and relevant recording, reporting, and analysis of financial information
Create a system to account for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts, and defining bookkeeping policies and procedures.
Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines.
Complete month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial statements and other reporting items accurately and timely.
Identify areas for improvement and implement improvements to processes.
Aid in the implementation of new accounting policies, standards, and guidelines.
Maintains historical records by filing documents.
Prepares financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
Manage the entire Payroll process and ensure compliance with taxation requirements and timely employee payment
Perform various analyses including but not limited to budget to actual analysis, profit analysis by product, and fluctuation analysis
Work with external auditors to ensure correct and timely closing and reporting at year-end.
Assisting other departments as they develop strategies, establish objectives, and make decisions that could have a financial impact on the business.
Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2+ years’ of the same role (Experience in the Marketing Industry is a Must).
High level of efficiency and accuracy.
Proficiency in Using Odoo System ( is A Must )
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
