We are looking for “Odoo Project Manager “
1. Planning and executing Odoo implementation projects: responsible for creating a detailed project plan, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. They oversee the entire implementation process, ensuring that it is completed within budget and on schedule.
2. Requirement gathering and analysis: works closely with clients to understand their business needs and requirements. They analyze these requirements and translate them into functional specifications for the Odoo system.
3. Team management: coordinate with a developers Team , functional consultants, and other stakeholders involved in the implementation process. They assign tasks, monitor progress, provide guidance, and ensure effective collaboration among team members
4. Stakeholder communication: serves as the main point of contact between the client and the implementation team. They regularly communicate project updates, address concerns or issues raised by stakeholders, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
5. Quality assurance: ensures that all deliverables meet quality standards by conducting regular reviews and testing activities. They also perform user acceptance testing to validate that the implemented solution meets client requirements.
6.Traffic :responsible for employees tasks through Odoo.
7. Training and support: After successful implementation, the project manager provides training to end-users on how to use Odoo effectively. They also offer ongoing support to address any post-implementation issues or questions from users.
8. Documentation: maintains comprehensive documentation throughout the implementation process, including functional specifications, technical designs, test plans/results, user manuals, etc.
– Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
-Fluent in English Is A Must
– Proven experience as a project manager in implementing Odoo ERP systems
– Strong knowledge of Odoo modules and functionalities
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
– Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
– Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
– Certification in Odoo project management is a plus.
Job Details :
– Working Days (From Sunday – Thursday)
– Working hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Egypt time, including a one-hour break.
– Working on-site at Egypt office one day per month .
