Senior People & Culture Specialist (Remote)

We are looking for “Senior People and culture Specialist “

Responsibilities:

1-Talent Acquisition and Management:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent.
  • Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to on-boarding.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.

2-Employee Engagement and Retention:

  • Design and execute programs to enhance employee engagement and retention.
  • Conduct surveys and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement initiatives promoting a positive work environment and company culture.

3-Performance Management:

  • Develop performance evaluation frameworks and facilitate review processes.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to managers on performance-related matters.
  • Identify training needs and support employee development initiatives.

4-Payroll Administration and Management:

  • Prepare and process payroll, including deductions, bonuses, and taxes.
  • Maintain payroll records and resolve any discrepancies or issues.

5-HR Policy Development and Compliance:

  • Develop and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulatory standards.
  • Handle employee relations issues and mediate conflicts when necessary.

6-Organizational Development:

  • Implement strategies for enhancing teamwork, communication, and collaboration.
  • Facilitate learning and development programs to foster a culture of continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English and Arabic Is A Must in Speaking and written .
  • Experience with odoo and Click-UP is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 an HR role, with a focus on employee relations, recruitment, and performance management.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and legal requirements.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and policies.
  • Strong understanding of talent acquisition and selection processes, including competency-based interviewing techniques.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive employee relations issues with professionalism, confidentiality, and fairness.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Professional certification in Human Resources is a Must

Job Details :

  • Full Time (Remotely)
  • Working Days from (Monday to Friday )
  • Working Hours (9:00AM to 6:00pm UAE time zone ) including 1hr break .
  •  We offer a private medical insurance.
