We are looking for “English call center Representative”
Responsibilities:
1- Handling Inbound Calls:
- Answering incoming calls promptly and professionally.
- Providing information, addressing inquiries, and resolving customer issues.
2-Managing Outbound Calls:
- Making outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries, surveys, or sales leads.
- Conducting customer satisfaction surveys.
3-Customer Support:
- Assisting customers with service information, troubleshooting, and technical support.
- Resolving complaints or escalations in a courteous and timely manner.
4-Documentation and Record-Keeping:
- Accurately documenting customer interactions, details of inquiries, and resolutions in the company’s database or CRM system.
5-Adhering to Procedures and Policies:
- Following call center scripts and protocols to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions.
- Adhering to company policies and guidelines.
6-Meeting Performance Metrics:
- Achieving set targets for call handling, resolution times, customer satisfaction, and quality assurance metrics.
7-Continuous Improvement:
- Providing feedback on processes, identifying areas for improvement, and suggesting solutions to enhance customer experience.
Requirements:
– Graduated is A Must
– Fluent in English and Arabic Is A Must in Speaking and written .
– Proven experience Minimum 1 year as an English Call center like (Vodafone UK, HSBC)
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
– Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
-Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment and handle various customer scenarios.
Job Details :
-Full Time.
– Working Days from (Monday to Friday )
-Working Hours 9 hours including 1hour Break
