1st plan: Basic
The package is suitable for companies that need to create designs monthly for their social media platforms or website.
The designs are for one brand.
This package grants ONLY 10 designs/month.
Designs are delivered in different sizes to suit various social media sites.
It is preferred to share the content plan at the beginning of each month, and delivery could be done weekly or in one go.
Monthly, 2 designs of the package could be made on a separate ad-hoc request for urgent tasks.
Each client gets appointed a Project Manager who speaks their language to receive and deliver all tasks.
The client can request the service through email, dashboard or WhatsApp.
The client must provide us with his brand guideline.
This package does not include designing any printed assets, logos, or digital assets like landing pages (only social media and blogs designs).
The package does not include content, and requested to take care of the content writing and publishing process, the client can subscribe for a separate, monthly content package with a 25% discount through the Project Manager.
Payments are made in advance, and subscribers are eligible to cancel the subscription any time, and any amount that was initially paid in advance cannot be refunded.
During the trial period which is 10 days, the client can order up to 4 designs to ensure that we can deliver their requirements but he can’t receive source files for their designs upon completion of the payment process.
The trial period is free, and in case the customer needs the designs, the first-month subscription can be paid for and benefit from the trial period for free.

The package is designed for companies that need to produce almost daily designs, whether for social media, their website, publications or identity, and need to save time, effort, and money.
The client can use this package to complete the designs of one or more companies he has, and we can serve more than one internal department in the company and thus receive orders through more than one user.
The client receives only one design per day, and we allocate 10-12 hours per week to complete his requests. The client can add any project he has through the Project Manager, and the designs will be delivered according to the priority he sets.
Each subscriber has the right to request an urgent request once a week.
Requests and modifications are included in the number of hours available to the subscriber.
Each subscriber has the right to hold a monthly meeting with the Project Manager to deliver requests, present reports or obtain a consultation, with a maximum of 3 hours per month, and in case the number of meetings exceeds that, it will be deducted from the number of hours included in the subscription.

It is also beneficial for small companies working in digital marketing that have clients and cannot appoint a professional design team or Art Director and want to avoid freelancer issues.
The client can use this package to complete the designs of one or more companies they have, and we can serve more than one internal department in the company and thus receive orders through more than one user.
The client receives 2 designs daily, and we assign each client 20-25 hours per week to complete their requests. The client can add any project they have through the Project Manager, and the designs will be delivered according to the priority they set.
Each client has the right to request an urgent or emergency request twice a week.

Motion Graphic Videos
Motion graphics is a service within the video production packages that helps companies present their ideas easily and distinctively through drawing, animation and voice over, whether 2D or 3D.
The sales team determines the price after receiving a request from the customer stating the details of the required video, as the price varies according to the duration of the video, the type of graphics and animation, and the language of writing and voiceover.
After receiving the client’s request, the sales team sends a quotation. Next, we begin recording the voiceover in parallel with the storyboard drawing, which also needs approval from the client or modification. Finally, we carry out the process of animating and then deliver once the client agrees, we do the translation if it is required.
The customer at each stage has the right to request edits twice, and in case of amendments after approval, the client will pay an additional fee of 10% of the total video cost for each edit.
If the client requests to change the idea entirely after agreeing to the script and the team has recorded the voiceover, the client pays 25% of the video cost. And if the team has finished the storyboard stage, the client pays 50% of the video cost, and in case the team completes the animation, the video is considered a new project and full fees should be paid again.
If the video is less than 90 seconds and more than 60 seconds, the duration cost in the second minute is 50% of the price of the first minute. And If the video is more than one and a half minutes and less than two minutes, then the second minute will cost the same as the first minute. The same goes for any following minutes.
The customer can receive the high-quality video only after paying 100% of the agreed amount.
The client has the right to get the open-source video after it is delivered.
We provide the client with the rights to the music used and the voiceover, and they will have the legal right to use it on all electronic platforms.
We deliver the video to the client in sizes suitable for different social media platforms and the internet.
If the client needs the video in story size or TikTok, there will be an additional cost if the original video is in square size because this requires rebuilding the video again.
The client must provide us with all the required answers to help us quickly build and create the idea and the video. As well as delivering high-quality copies of the branding guideline, and if the client doesn’t have one, we can create it for an additional fee through our team.
The video production timeline depends on the idea and what is required. Therefore, the cost and time are determined based on the brief delivered to our team. 2D video projects duration will be approximately 7-10 working days. And in the case of 3D, it takes approximately 30 working days.
If the client requests the completion of the project in a compressed period, on vacation, or outside official working hours, there will be additional fees determined by the sales team.
If the client requests the project and during the process of writing the script, and after paying the first payment, they request a cancellation. The client is not entitled to refund the advance payment, and the amount can be used to make any video project within 30 days.
If the client cancels the project at an intermediate stage, such as recording a voiceover or during the storyboard. In that case, the client is not entitled to retrieve any amounts paid or use this amount in another project, and they can complete the project within 30 days from the date of payment.
If the client cancels the project during the animation process, the client must pay the rest of the amount agreed upon during the contract and can complete the project within 30 days from the contract date.
The project implementation period should not exceed 30 working days. Otherwise, the client is obliged to pay additional fees due to delaying the delivery of the project, as the client pays the same amount for each extra month.
