We are hiring “Customer Experience Manager”.
Responsibilities:
– Design & improve the customer experience.
– Increase customer satisfaction, loyalty, and advocacy.
– Ensure a positive overall experience across all online customers’ interactions with our company.
– Manage the moderation & call center teams to deliver best customer experience.
– Provide thought leadership, customer research strategy, and oversight for best practice methods and tools that enable strategic insight into customer segments, trends, needs, and expectations.
– Manage to develop effective communication lines with business teams and lead meetings/ discussions towards decision making based on the data and insights available to improve the customer experience.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree is a must.
– 2+ years of experience in the same position.
– Previous experience in GCC market.
– Previous experience in E-commerce field.
– Fluent English (writing & speaking).
Job Details:
-Work Type: Hybrid (Maadi-Cairo)
-Working hours: from 9am to 5pm, Fridays off.
-Private Medical Insurance after probation period.
