We are hiring “Digital Project & Customer Success Manager- Riyadh”
PM key Responsibilities:
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that each project is on schedule and within budget
- Reviewing the work of team members to ensure that they are meeting deadlines and adhering to specifications.
- Managing the workflow for a project, including making sure that all parties involved in the project are communicating effectively.
- Overseeing the development of new digital products from concept through launch
- Managing the budget for a project and ensuring that costs are kept within established limits
- Working with clients to understand their needs and objectives, and then designing solutions that meet their requirements
- Coordinating with designers, programmers, and other digital specialists who are involved in the project
- Develop a detailed project plan and monitor the progress
Customer Success key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention through proactive management and support.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the client experience and drive account growth.
- Analyze client feedback and performance metrics to continuously improve service delivery.
Job Requirements Qualifications
- BSc in Computer Science, Marketing or relevant field.
- Fluent in English is a Must.
- GCC Experience is a Must
- Proven work experience as a Digital project manager minimum 2 years of experience in the same position.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills Experience working with social media in professional setting Knowledge of industry trends and standards.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Proficiency in project management software such as Click-Up.
- Sound understanding of SEO best practices.
- PMP certification is a preferred
