We are hiring “Head of Project Management & Customer Success“
Role Overview:
The Head of Project Management & Customer Success will oversee the management of digital marketing projects from conception through to execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards. Additionally, this role will focus on maximizing client satisfaction and retention by leading our customer success team and developing strategic initiatives to enhance the client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of project managers, setting clear performance expectations and providing regular feedback and support.
- Direct and manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Establish and communicate project goals, objectives, and deliverables to project teams and stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive project plans that align with client expectations and company objectives, incorporating timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Oversee project budgets, ensuring that financial targets are met and projects are delivered within budget.
- Implement and refine project management methodologies, tools, and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Customer Success Oversight:
- Lead the customer success team in developing and executing strategies to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and objectives.
- Create and implement processes for regular client check-ins, performance reviews, and feedback collection.
- Analyze client feedback and performance data to drive improvements and address any issues proactively.
- Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for additional services and account expansion.
Strategic Leadership:
- Define and execute strategic initiatives to enhance project delivery and client success.
- Monitor and report on project and client success metrics, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the project management and customer success teams.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- At least 10 years of experience in project management and customer success, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex digital marketing projects and leading client success initiatives.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Preferred experience with project management software (Click-UP)
- Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
Job Details :
-Full Time, Hybrid- Cairo (Maadi)
– Working Days (From Sunday – Thursday)
– Working hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Egypt time, including a one-hour break.
– We offer commission Quarterly and private medical insurance.
