F360 is a digital service provider that offers digital projects for companies at a subscription-based model and with fixed payment plans that are tailored to each business’s needs. The team had a vision of expanding their services to other countries, so they started onboarding digital marketing experts, creative designers, innovative developers, and project managers worldwide, so the clients will always find someone who speaks their language.

We are hiring “Office Manager- Cairo

Key Responsibilities:

Office Administration

o Manage day-to-day office operations, including facilities, equipment, and supplies.

o Oversee office layout and space planning to optimize efficiency and productivity.

o Coordinate office services such as mail, courier, and telecommunications.

o Coordinate office maintenance and repairs with vendors.

o Implement and manage office policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance.

o Assist with financial tasks such as invoicing, expense reports, and vendor management.

Communication and Collaboration

o Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related inquiries and issues.

o Foster strong relationships with colleagues across different departments and companies.

o Communicate effectively with external vendors and service providers.

o Ensure efficient use of office technology and systems.

Administrative Support

o Provide administrative support to senior management and department heads.

o Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

o Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.

o Facilitate communication and collaboration between the centralized office and various portfolio companies.

o Ensure alignment of office practices and procedures with the needs of each company.

o Coordinate and manage various office projects and initiatives.

o Assist with HR functions, including onboarding, and employee records management.

Event Planning

o Organize and coordinate company events, meetings, and conferences.

o Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and attendee communication.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.

• Proficiency in office software (MS Office Suite, Google Workspace).

• Fluency in English is a must

Job Details:

• Work Type: On-site (Office in Maadi, Cairo).

• Working hours: From 8am to 5pm, Fridays & Saturdays off.

• We offer: Private Medical Insurance, Monthly bonuses.
